[PPRAANet] Fw: Convention Registration Form in 0-Beat

Please do not use the convention registration form that appeared in the
0-Beat.  That was not supposed to appear in the 0-Beat until July 14 (i.e.,
it was not supposed to be printed until after the 2002 division convention,
which ends on July 14).  In addition, there is a newer, corrected, version
of the registration form that will appear in the August 0-Beat.

Sorry for any confusion this caused.
