[PPRAANet] Frequencies of active VHF/UHF public service stations wanted

I have noticed the low activity in the VHF/UHF of Police and Fire operations. 
My mother who is at home most of the time enjoys listening to a scanner I 
gave her and with the change from the lower frequencies to the 800+ 
frequencies I wanted to know if there are still active frequencies I can 
program into her scanner for her to listen to.
