[PPRAANet] Wanted: 12 vdc Computer Printer

I'm trying to locate a computer printer for portable emergency communication
(packet & HF digital) operations which can run directly off 12-14 VDC.  I
understand that HP used to have some printers that utilized 120VAC/12VDC
"wall wart" converters.

My requirements are fairly simple --

Capable of direct 12-14 VDC operation
Low power consumption (probably 24 pin dot matrix or ink jet -- but if
there's a laser-type, that would be OK)
Suitable size and ruggedness for frequent transporting around
Compatible with my 2 laptops (one older Windows 3.1, other newer Windows
'98)

Most of the time I would be using this printer in my solar-powered comm
trailer (hence the preference for low power consumption).

If you know of some suitable makes/models, please let me know.  If you have
one available to sell or donate -- I'd like to hear from you.
