No. Not yet.

No.  I have no idea how to listen.  The best radio I have is a Radio 
Shack DX-398 (Sangean ATS-909), but I use it mostly for regular old AM 
radio.

I was an Electronics Technician 2nd Class in the US Navy.  I specialized 
in radio (satellite communications) and radar.  But it has been a long 
time ago.
