AMATEUR - HAM RADIO LICENSE CLASSES STARTING SOON

The Amateur Radio Club at Venture Out and members of the Sun Life
Amateur Radio Club are working together to offer FCC License classes at
Venture Out beginning on Tuesday January 08, 2013. No Morse Code is
required. Afternoon classes starting at noon will be 2 1/2 hours long,
Tuesday’s and Thursday’s for 6 weeks until Tuesday February 12,
2013. Testing will be on Thursday February 14, 2013. All classes and
testing will be at the Venture Out Electronics building. Proven
successful study materials are published by Gordon West W5YI, and can be
purchased in advance locally or ordered at the January 8 first class
date. There is a nominal class fee of $10.oo. Contact Doc Cunningham at
