[PHX-Skywarn] [FWD: Spotter Update]

We haven't made the arrangements yet, but I would fully expect to have a 
class in Surprise.  We will be having one in Peoria March 9.  The list 
of class offerings will continue to grow, so keep checking the page 
referenced in the original email.
