[PHX-Skywarn] Upcoming Spotter Training classes

Hello Storm Spotters!

The National Weather Service office in Phoenix is putting together 
another round of training classes this year.  The link below is for a 
page on our website which shows a list of finalized times and locations 
as well as proposed locations.  In time, we hope to convert the 
"proposed" locations to finalized status, but there is no guarantee we 
will be able to make arrangements for all of the locations.  So, keep 
checking the page to see what has been added.  Note: some of the 
locations require pre-registration with our local host (usually local 
emergency management and/or fire department). 

For those that attended training last year, you are still "good to go," 
but you are welcome to attend a class this year as well.  To remain 
current, spotters need to complete training once every 2 years.
