[PHX-Skywarn] Resend: Spotter class in Gilbert tonight at 7 pm

Hello Spotters!

Just a reminder that there will be a Skywarn spotter training class in 
Gilbert tonight at 7 pm.  This will be the last class in the metro area 
until next season.  We encourage everyone to get refresher training at 
least once every two years.  Given the new material we've added, it will 
be different from what you may have seen last year.  The location is 
near  Warner and Gilbert (see address below).
