[PHX-Skywarn] Skywarn Class Added & Location Change

Hello All,

A third Skywarn class has been added and the location for the Tempe
class has been changed.

Location:  Tempe Training Center
 1340 East University Drive
 Tempe, AZ
Date/Time:  Thursday, April 24th at 7 PM.


Location:  Peoria Police/Fire Building
 8351 W. Cinnabar, 2nd Floor
 Peoria, AZ
Date/Time:  Monday, April 21st at 7 PM.


Location:  Paradise Valley
 6433 East Lincoln Drive
 Paradise Valley, AZ
Date/Time:  Tuesday, April 29th at 7 PM.

Second note, As many of you know, the former Warning Coordination
meteorologist (WCM) in Phoenix, David Runyon has retired.
The new WCM is Ken Waters, and here's the GOOD News,
Ken is N4PBY, a ham, licensed for 9 years now...
Please send Ken an email and welcome him to the valley
and let him know what Skywarn class you want to attend !!!
