[PHX-Skywarn] SRD-2007

The 24-hour long event - SKYWARN Recognition Day - will kick off in Phoenix 
at  5 pm Friday November 30th,  and conclude at 5 pm Saturday Dec 1st.  As 
in past years,  spotters
are invited to sign up with me  to reserve a time slot of  2 or 3 hours to 
come in to the
Weather Service Forecast Office in the SRP building,  and with the help of 
licensed ham
radio operators, contact spotters across the USA.  Some time slots are 
already filled.
