[PHX-Skywarn] Tonight...on Ch 3

There will be a very interesting special aired at 8 PM Thursday, on TV-3.. . .    "Monsoon"

Some of the emphasis will be on safety tips during severe weather, and some of the
program will be filmed from the NWS Forecast Office, here in Phoenix.  

Tune in and learn a bit more about the SKYWARN spotter program,  and how your spotter
reports are used by the forecasters to help prepare warnings and advisories.
