I received a call from Dan Zubie tonight thanking us for our service and
telling me that Friday will be the last day we are needed at the
shelter. 
I would like to personally thank Paul Thomas, Mike Swiader all the
members of
PCECG, the Yavapai Hams, and the Coconino Hams, as well all the all
local
hams who participated in this effort. It requires a huge amount manpower
to
run an operation for 24/7 and 16/7. This is not an effort that anyone
group
is likely to be able to man on their own, and a lesson I hope we don't
soon
forget. Mutual assistance between groups makes teams successful, and
being
willing to ask and accept help is something all groups strive to do.
 Again, I would like to thank all those who put in long hours to assist 
the Red Cross, and I look forward to working with all you in the future.
