[PHX-Skywarn] Newly formed Skywarn Council

On October 2, 2003, a first meeting of the newly formed Skywarn Council for Sector's 2 & 6 was held. The council was formed to serve the National Weather Service Office in Phoenix to a greater advantage. The council consist of the following individuals.

The group has tasked itself with the responsibility to aid in spotter recruitment, developing training programs for net controllers and web site development [www.arizona-skywarn.org]. Next scheduled meeting for the council will sometime in January 2004.
