[PHX-Skywarn] Duplicate postings

Hello....
  I talked to Allen Sklar  W7AS,  late friday night,  and he is aware of
the problem.
It seems  that there was some work done  on the server over the past 10
days,  and if you are getting duplicates, or having any other problems
with the server,  PLEASE   email directly to  Allen  at
ajsklar@w7as.com
 Send him both copies of the  post,  and be sure you let him  know what
addresses  you want to use to  receive  posts;  and what  address you
want to use to  post  FROM.   Allen should have this  fixed by Monday
night,  so please bear with us.
