[PHX-Skywarn] Skywarn Classes

I was just told, and much to my surprise, I have posted an incorrect 
Paradise Valley address, on the WFO Phoenix web SkyWarn page.  This will 
be corrected as soon as the web master can fix it, in the meantime, the 
correct address is 6433 E. Lincoln Drive in Paradise Valley (Police 
Station ).  I apoloigize for any inconvience or confussion.
