[PHX-Skywarn] Is this list alive?

Folks,

I have had our technicians working on it for the past few hours, and I think
they have the feed problem from NWS WFO Phoenix.  Hopefully the messages should
start flowing real soon, in the next hour I hope.  Hey John, let me know if you
received this message too.
