[PHX-Skywarn] Arizona Weather Page

I'm sure this is a great site.  When it actually works.
But it doesn't seem to want to load and I'm using a cable modem!

Personally though, I like http://www.phx.noaa.gov/total/java.html but 
that's just my preference.
