[Pcraces] Net Script

Hello all,

	Here is a link to the updated script for use during net control
of our net.  http://bgrindle.home.att.net/RACES_NET.doc  If this doesn't
cause a download just save the doc once it opens to your document folder
and you will have it.  I do want everyone to act as Net Control Operator
(NCO) at some point.  During an emergency we don't know who will be
around and who won't so I would like everyone to feel somewhat
comfortable with the job.  K9CX ran the net on simplex tonight for the
first time.  He did a fine job with it and he had to convert the old
script on the fly.  For the next 3 weeks the net is on the repeater hope
to hear everyone on there.
