[PCR-1000] EEPROM? Very poor vhf uhf and up sensitivity

hi gang 
 
i have a big problem with my pcr1000 ,very poor sensitivity above 100 mhz so i send it to icom and it sat a the shop for 2 month and finally they send it back to me no cost but not repair  so i quess i have to find the problem , any of you ever had the problem  plse give me a trick or how to repair it where to look
