[PCR-1000] ex2099 software - Think I'll give it a try

The software make work fine if it is done in strict order, I was impatient. Any version 1.0 software makes me twitchy, but am happy to have gotten this far. I seems all I did was largely tweaking the settings a bit, no real "fixes". But then, the radio worked fine AFAICT.
I do use PCR1000BUR to give me nice printable EEPROM readouts. Will not use the averaging or xtal set features though, the averaging values are too far off for my radio, and I know where they need to be the right way.
