[PCR-1000] pcr1000bur

There was a guy out in either NM, or AZ that commercially produced, a high
quality QF antenna, but it was over $300.00, so I decided to just build a
crossed-dipole antenna from discarded TV antennas.  My cost? NIL, NADA, ZIP
!!!!  Everything was in my various "junk boxes" (Im a pack rat). :-)

Try a search engine to find the source, as I dont recall his name, but if
you find and let me know, I will probably recognize it.
