[PCR-1000] IIRC, the ex2099 software - Where found?

Where can one get this:
IIRC, the ex2099 software for pCR-1000?

Where does one learn what eprom settings mean?

p.s. 
I have 3 PCR-1000 and would love to do some relative tweaks and tests 
but only got them as far as saving current eprom settings and dare 
not try anything else yet.
