My issue is I bought my early version used, and do not have anything like the original EEPROM file, just what I created as soon as I got the radio. My query is applying the BUR "averaging" or whatever it is called, and will it improve anything (since I do not have an early EEPROM dump) or possibly degrade something?

Guess I can just do it, but it would be nice to know what to look for.........
