[PCR-1000] Can't get ICOM Software to work = USB-converter?

Not sure about your QTH, but the one I use is from Radio Shack, model
26-183. Works perfectly after you bypass the instruction to "not use it
with Win-XP" which is a load of BS. 2 years and still "humping". :-)
