[PCR-1000] Can't get ICOM Software to work

the icom sw does not work well on xp mines has no am or usb lsb cw,but does 
just fine on win98 or me.
check your ports some mother boards have the usb ports as 1 to ? and the old 
com ports as 9 ,as in my xp pc.again im running icoms sw on win98 just fine.
