[PCR-1000] ??

At Hamvention an Icom rep told me it had been officially discontinued, but 
they were planning to sell out remaining units.

One of the 3rd party software developers told me that Icom had some new 
receivers in the pipe, but that was all they would say.

AOR was demonstrating a black box receiver prototype that looked pretty 
nice, but without any real testing we won't know if it's a good product or 
another bomb. They told me the estimated MSRP was $1000 and that it wasn't 
going to be replacing my 5000+3 :).
