[PCR-1000] When can we expect the NEW PCR1000?

And... I'm sure that a few of the Icom-US staffers are subscribers
(lurkers?) to this list.  It might be good input to them to know how we
feel about the competition.

I spent quite a few years working in Asia.  In most countries, employees
were encouraged to learn about the competition and their products.  In
Japan, it seemed that the employee had to hide the fact that he or she
was reading and learning from the competition's materials.  However, it
was expected by management that they would- just considered bad form to
do so openly.
