[PCR-1000] pour HF performance

My ISP is fine.  My mailbox is 20 Mb per day before overload. I unload it 3x
a day anyway, but a single download of 26 Mb is going to crash it no matter
what.

Most "regular" ISP's in the US limit the user mailbox to 10 Mb max.

Question?  Somebody here mentioned a software program called "skysweeper" or
something like that.  It was supposed to be a decoder suite for TalkPCR that
would emulate much of the decoders in Bonito 4.5.

The reference got lost in the myrid of emails that have been logged in the
last month, so its lost in outer space :-)

Any ideas of the source programs URL?  Thanks.
