[PCR-1000] pour HF performance

Patrik,

Guy at ICOM America I talked with late yesterday, doesnt suggest that I try
to use it with Win-XP Pro.

Last thing I need is to crash the computer, or even worse "trash" the radio.

Think I will pass on this idea :-)
