[PCR-1000] Power supply

I've done a stupid!
 
I tidied up the shack (big tidy - take it all appart and put it together  
again). I have several of those transformer units in an oversize mains which are  
used to power various bits of kit, including the PCR-1000. There dosen't seem 
to  be any obvious relation between the name on the power plug and the 
manufacturer  of the equipment it powers.
 
Would someone, preferably in the UK, please tell me manufacturer of the  
power plug associated with their PCR-1000 and its ratings.
