[PCR-1000] Awesome accessory

I use the up and the down arrow keys.
What is awesome is if you are tuning down in the shortwave bands you can
crank the turning sensitivity way you and choose a really small tuning step.
Then you can whip back and forth across the signal until you get it
centered.
This knob really brings the fun back into shortwave on the PCR and makes
tuning it just like a regular rig.
