[PCR-1000] APCO 25 Software/data slicer for ICOM PCR 1000?????

I'm using Trunk PCR for analog systems - I'd love to see a soundcard driven
program for the PCR1000 that decodes
APCO 25.  Does anyone know if this exists?  If not, any plans to write
