[PCR-1000] two apps

About two years ago (or was it three years?) someone reported to have
written a program to run up to 8 PCRs on one PC.
Used by agencies to monitor several bands at the same time.
I think it was VisualRadio from Germany  (www.visualradio.de). Expensive.
