[PCR-1000] two apps

You can run several different receivers (including multiple of the same)
from the ScanStar software (www.scanstar.com). I believe it's digital audio
logger can be configured to separate left and right channel for different
receivers, but that is something I have not yet implemented in my shack.
It would probably also be possible to have two totally separate
installations of other software as long as they stored their configuration
files and DLLs all in the directory they were installed to and not in the
windows registry.
