[PCR-1000] PCR Command Codes

I was around when the PRC-1000 first came out, and all this was done.

Icom will not release the 'official' document to the public domain. It 
doesn't matter how many people you get to ask them, they just don't care.

Now, a quick web search will turn up all the information you need to 
implement PRC-1000 support. As I remember there are two different documents 
that both contain the same information, they were gathered by RS232 
analysis of the data stream several years ago after it became apparent that 
Icom was not going to budge on their policy of not releasing the 
'proprietary' information. The PCR-1000 (and 100) use a fairly trivial 
protocol.
