[PCR-1000] reception after application closes, manual tuning with Xplorer

actually, my PCR-1000 continues receiving signals after the TalkPCR 
application is closed (but it goes dead after closing the supplied Icom 
application.)

as a side note, the newest version of Optoelectronics' Xplorer allows 
direct reaction-tune *and* manual tuning of the PCR-1000 -- but it's twice 
the price of a PCR-1000!
