[PCR-1000] PCR 1000 4 SALE

I believe only PCR-1000's with s/n's below 2500 can be modified for 
continuous coverage.  Not that there's much analog traffic in the censored 
800MHz band, but it's the principal of the thing.  Listening to your radio 
should not be a crime!
