[PCR-1000] Why not dual boot?

   Well, this option has been pursued previously and even then there wasnt
much in the way of control for the PCR-1000 that I came across for Linux
other than pcrd.c which then raises another problem, when you want to
perform band scans, you have to reboot to windows to use a windows based
program to perfrom any good scans. Which means when your finished in order
to let someone else use the radio you have to reboot yet again.. Which just
makes for to many reboots.... - Jeremy
