[PCR-1000] PCR-1000 Web Control?

Alright, here is the question for the group, maybe one of you will have =
a good answer... Currently I have a PCR-1000 that I want to put online =
for control via the web for a select few friends and myself from work... =
Now here are the quirks to this one.. I want to be able to accompish =
this under a windows environment verses using a linux based system.. I =
had the PCR-1000 controllable via IRC for a while but I just got tired =
of dealing with the Linux Operating system (basicly this is the only =
reason I would have to even have a linux box so I dont want to take a =
computer out for just this) If anyone knows of any way to accomplish =
this without having to spend more money and without having to put my rig =
