[PCR-1000] Discrim Output

My unit (s/n 3800 range, purchased in late 1997) has two audio output jacks.
One is the normal audio designed for a speaker or headphones(or sound card
input)... the other is for 'data' (i.e. wefax, FSK/ASK, etc) and I believe
is picked off before some of the final audio stages.

On some newer units (that have only a single port), there is a jumper inside
the radio that selects whether the single output jack if for 'normal' or
'data'.. What I'm not sure of is whether this is the discriminator output or
just the audio before some of the final stages.

Anyone ?

Forgive me if this is a silly question but what is needed to provide a
discriminator out-put from the PCR-1000?

Anyone selling a 1000? I fancy setting up another one at a different
location so wish to buy another, much prefer a UK unblocked model or can the
blocked freqs be enabled for UK?
