[PCR-1000] TalkPCR no more???

I have to admit that when it comes to scanning software talkpcr is really
great.I had a chance to use a older version of scancat,which is a good program
but too complicated.Talkpcr function is outstanding.The older versions has a
tendancy to hog my processor but the latest build uses the least resources.2%
on my machine.
I give Pete alot of credit in writing a fine program.
