[PCR-1000] New MPT1327 trunk tracking software released

Hi Glenn,

Precisely not - for two reasons mainly:

1. There are a ton of programs that do EDACS networks, but only 2 for
MPT1327, it seemed pointless to do yet another one.
2. I don't have any EDACS networks nearby, but plenty of MPT1327, so I have
a good testing ground.
