[PCR-1000] New MPT1327 trunk tracking software released

Hi all,

I just wanted to make a quick post about a software I've just released for
decoding and tracking MPT1327 trunked networks. Since it supports the
PCR1000 and PCR100, it is somewhat on-topic :-)

and let me know what you think. I've invested some three years of on and off
work in this, but I finally decided to release it. Compared to other options
out there, I believe it is good value for money.
