[PCR-1000] PROBE1K on HP Palmtop

since PROBE1K is a DOS application, running it under Windows is an huge 
exercise in bloatware.  a DOS-only machine like the HP100LX/200LX is 
smaller, and more efficient at running PROBE1K.  like going to the 
supermarket with a dump truck (which is slower and uses far more fuel than 
your car) using Windows for portable DOS applications doesn't make much 
sense, either.

if you don't need a pocket-sized computer, DOS laptops are practically 
being given away and will run PROBE1K very well.  dedicating a machine in 
the shack to running the PCR-1000 has many advantages, and can cost very 
little.
