Depends on what you mean when you say "API". If you're looking
for info on the serial-line protocol the PCR-1000 uses to talk 
with a PeeCee or Palm, it's available. I got it as the first 
hit on a Google search for `"pcr-1000" protocol', and it's at
<http://www.gm4jjj.co.uk/PCR1000.html>. There are other hits
as well.
