[PCR-1000] NOISE ON HF

Stuart,

They are using either Lower Sideband (LSB) or Upper Sideband (USB).
If you are listening to Hams in the 1.8, 3.5, or 7 MhZ range then they are
using LSB. All frequencies above 7.3 MhZ use USB.
