[PCR-1000] new ICOM s/w and talkPCR question

there is a new version of the ICOM software?

does anybody running talkPCR have problems with it running slow on windows 
ME, with a lot of frequencies in some of the banks or with a firewall? 

I recently have begun to have problems where it takes a while for the program 
to open and it doesnt react fast and often locks up, didnt have the problems 
until installing a firewall, have same problem with firewall turned off 
though
