[PCR-1000] New PCR 1000

Sounds like if Icom s/w works you've confrmed PC, serial cable adn radio all
generally OK and talking to each other.  The Bonito s/w I have needs their
hardware dongle, supplied with s/w, in the serial line between PC and radio.
If not present, similar error to yours occurs.
