Max, have you checked the mode the radio is in? I had this happen once, and the radio was in very narrow FM and didn't work at all on the lower frequencies. Also - is the attenuator switched out? Tried different anntennas? Power-cycled the radio? Even tried resetting? Best of luck! John KB6SCO
