[PCR-1000] weather satellite help

how long in time is one full picture?
if I have good reception for 2 minutes is that good enough for a whole
picture?

As has been discussed earlier...it seems either output will work...if you
use 
the speaker out use the line in on the card, if you use the packet out use 
the mic in on the card....use the windows Mixer to open up the appropriate 
input on your card and control it...
